Foundation GoedBericht

Each week, GoedBericht.nl reaches many thousands of visitors. With countless weblogs, MP3s, videos and PowerPoints, the site meets a great need for truly good news. But also for solid, fresh and renewing Biblical teaching. Everything on www.ultimategoodnews.com and www.goedbericht.nl is offered as a matter of principle free of charge. This also applies to all the work connected with it, such as teaching, preaching, pastoral care, making visits, contributions to funerals, weddings, etc. Everything takes place under the motto: the Good Message is free of charge, and therefore we want to pass it on to everyone free of charge, as Paul describes in 1 Corinthians 9:18. In this confusing time, in which we see “the Day” approaching, could there be a more important task than passing on “the Good Message”? That is, the mighty Evangel, as it was once made known among the nations by the apostle Paul.

Stichting GoedBericht has been designated by the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration as a Public Benefit Organization (ANBI).

The tax benefits of the ANBI are:

• A donor can deduct gifts from income tax or corporate tax, of course within the applicable rules.
• An ANBI does not have to pay inheritance tax or gift tax on inheritances and gifts that the ANBI receives in the context of the public interest.
• Distributions made by an ANBI in the public interest are exempt from gift tax.

From the statutes of the Foundation:

The foundation has as its purpose:

1. a. supporting and promoting the Biblical message as it is presented on the website www.goedbericht.nl and www.ultimategoodnews.com

b. performing all further acts that are connected with the foregoing in the broadest sense or that may be conducive to it;
c. the foundation does not aim to make a profit.

The foundation seeks to achieve its purpose, among other things, by giving Bible studies, lectures and organizing other events in accordance with the purpose of the foundation.
