Has God Also Been Reconciled with Unbelievers?

No, and the simple reason is that God was never an enemy. Therefore He could not, nor did He need to, be reconciled. Not He, but the world, is hostile. The world proved its hostility by nailing God’s Son to the cross. God, by contrast, proved His love precisely then by not reckoning this crime to the world (2 Corinthians 5:19). Christ died for all (2 Corinthians 5:15), in order to give to all the Life that came to light when He was raised from the dead. Christ therefore died for enemies (Romans 5:10). No enmity will prove able to withstand so much Divine love.
