Newsflash: Regional Alliance Around Israel Takes Shape
16-09-2026 - Posted by Geert-JanOn September 5, we reported that the Trump administration is working on a new regional order in the Middle East, with Israel in a key position. At that time, the plan was still in the drafting stage, and the precise composition of the proposed alliance was not yet known. Concrete contours are now beginning to emerge.
Last week, under the leadership of U.S. CENTCOM, the military chiefs of Israel and seven Arab states met in Germany: Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, and Egypt. They discussed further regional security cooperation. Notably, Saudi Arabia and Qatar also participated, even though neither country has diplomatic relations with Israel.
Within this U.S.-organized regional security structure, Israel is assuming an increasingly central role. The composition now coming into view is also notable: Israel plus seven Arab states – eight countries in all – are being brought together within a single regional security framework.
In light of the prophecies of Daniel, this is a remarkable development. There, in the end time, a regional alliance of ten kings appears, with Jerusalem, according to this interpretation, forming the administrative center, so Israel itself need not be counted among the ten. Of course, we cannot yet speak here of such a Ten-State Alliance. But now that a previously announced American plan for a regional alliance around Israel is actually beginning to take shape, there is every reason to follow what comes next closely.
